Delivery Options
This section applies only to items purchased, not items for hire. Items for hire are only available within the Cardiff area (see Hiring Outfits) and will be hand delivered and collected as part of the hire package.
All deliveries must be signed for. Any packages remaining uncollected for 7 days will be returned to us. Providing the item is intact, we will then refund the full price of the item but not the postage and packaging costs.
All orders over £80 are delivered free of charge.
The delivery options are :-
Standard Delivery
This will normally take up to 5 working days. As we all know, sometimes the postal system is great and items will arrive within a few days. Occasionally, the postal service can take longer so, unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee Standard Delivery times but we will make every effort to ensure your items arrive within the 5-day timescale.
1-3 items - £4.99
3-6 items - £7.99
7+ items - £11.99
All orders will be despatched by Standard Delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Premium Delivery
If you require a quicker delivery time, please phone or email us
prior to ordering so we can ensure the item is in stock.. Then complete the order by ticking the premium delivery service you require. The two premium options are :-
If 2-day delivery service is required, please add £3.00 onto the above. Orders must be received by 10am to ensure delivery 2 working days after the day of ordering
b. Next Day Delivery (incl. Saturday)
For next working day delivery, please add £5.00 onto the above. Orders must be received by 10am to ensure delivery on the next working day after the day of ordering.
Please note we do not despatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays so these are not considered "working days".
