FAQ's
1. What happens if I order the wrong size?
Wherever possible we give the measurements of an outfit to help ensure you order the right size. In addition most of the outfits, particularly the hire outfits, are designed with a reasonable amount of flexibility in the sizing. However, if you do order the wrong size, contact us immediately with your measurements and return the item to us immediately. We'll check to see if we have the right size in stock. If we do, as soon as we receive the returned item we will send out an alternative size. If no other sizes are available we will refund the price of the item (less the post and packaging) once we have received it back and have verified that it has not been worn (apart from trying it on) or damaged in any way. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is delivered/returned to us. If we do not receive it, we cannot give a refund - sorry. All items must be returned by Royal Mail. Deliveries from other couriers will not be accepted.
2. I can't see the size I need - can you help?
Many of our outfits, particularly the Hire outifts are handmade here in the UK so we can often order specific sizes - you just need to give us enough notice. If this is not an option, tell us what you are looking for and your measurements and we will contact all our suppliers to see what we can do within your timescale and budget. It's amazing what our party elves can come up with! We will then tell you the options, send you visuals wherever possible and then, on receipt of payment we will order the item(s) for you.
2. What if I don't receive my order?
Please allow 7 working days for delivery ( or less if you have ordered "2-day" or "next day" delivery). If you have not received it by then, or if you want to check your order at any time, please do not hesitate to contact us. All items are sent by registered mail and must be signed for so we will be able to track it for you.
3. I need my outfit within a few days - can you help?
If you need your outfit in less than 7 working days from ordering, please phone or email us before you order and we will let you know if we can meet your timetable. With the best will in the world, we have no control over the Royal Mail but we will do everything we can to get your outfit to you on time.
4. Is there any discount for bulk buying?
YES, indeed there is. If you are ordering in a group of 10 or more, contact us with the details of your event. We will issue a code which you can all use when you order. The code will be valid until the day before your event.
If you order items totalling more than £80.00, delivery is free.
